This poor stray venutered in on bonfire
night, frightened out of it's wits. I quickly reassured it as best as I
could, fed it and took it to the vet. The poor thing had been roaming for
quite a while and had severe arthritus in its back legs. The vet got
in touch with the RSPCA who will rehome him.

It is with sadness that I have to
report the Passing away of pedro
He was a very loving dog, and
will be sadly missed by all.
My Thoughts are with Tom and Karin
at this most distressing time.

Trains were delayed in Welwyn today.
A plastic bag was caught in the overhead
power lines at Welwyn north station.
The 14:35 train was delayed by over 45
minutes
whilst network rail were called to rectify the problem.
This meant that the 14:35 train had to omit stations past Stevenage and
go straight to Peterborough, passengers for the intermediate stations had
to change at Stevenage.
